Okayama Muscat Sake

A mellow and elegant aroma which is rich is taste. Muscat grapes from Okayama are extremely sought after in Japan. The fruit and skin are separated by hand and then pickled. There is no filtering process, allowing for the sweet, rich taste of the grapes to come through in this unique blend. It can be enjoyed cold, either straight or on the rocks.
