Locally licensed Akaiwa plums are marinated for over two years in our Omachi rice sake, Toro Toro Nigori Plum sake offers a generous amount of pulp and it has unique aroma and flavor.  It is a full bodied sake and can be enjoyed as on the rocks or deliciously chilled.
